As part of the partnership, the famous Shannons logo will feature on all GT World Challenge Australia and Monochrome GT4 Australia race cars in 2025.
The partnership renewal follows the recent announcement of Shannons remaining the title sponsor of SRO Motorsports Australia’s newly acquired racing platform, the Shannons SpeedSeries – a title that it has held in the event’s various guises since the mid 2000s – reaffirming the organisation's ongoing commitment to GT racing in Australia.
With a deep-rooted passion for automotive culture, Shannons has been a significant provider for motoring enthusiasts since its foundation in 1970, covering modern, classic and vintage cars and motorcycles.
In addition to the nation’s enthusiast culture, it has also been long-time advocate of Australian motorsport having supported many series, teams and drivers across all levels of the sport over the years.
Both the GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS and Monochrome GT4 Australia Series will see the world’s most prestigious racing brands compete on some of Australia and New Zealand’s best circuits.
The likes of Ferrari, Mercedes AMG, Lamborghini, Audi, Ford, BMW, Porsche, Aston Martin and more will compete in five Australian rounds before the exciting new finale at Hampton Downs in New Zealand.
The opening round of the 2025 Shannons SpeedSeries, featuring GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS and Monochrome GT4 Australia Series will be held at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on April 4-6.
