The results for GT Festival The Bend Race 2 have been finalised following the application of success penalties to the Race 1 top three, confirming Jayden Ojeda and Paul Lucchitti’s first victory of the 2025 GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS season.
Although Ojeda and Lucchitti’s win was unaffected by the adjustments, the Pro-Am podium order was reshuffled.
Melbourne Performance Centre’s Ryan Wood and Steve Brooks were elevated from fourth to second, while teammates Broc Feeney and Brad Schumacher dropped to third after five seconds was added to their Race 2 time for their Saturday podium. Series leaders Jaxon Evans and Elliott Schutte slipped to fourth once their 10-second compensation was applied.
The Am-Cup podium also shifted, with James and Theo Koundouris demoted from second to third after receiving a 15-second penalty for their maiden win on Saturday. That promoted Black Wolf Motorsport’s Ben Schoots and Shane Woodman into second place.
